The socks
Will they show above my shoes?
They are cut low with a square opening, so they sit below the line of most loafers, flats and low trainers. If your shoes are cut especially low, write to us with the style and we will help you choose.
Do they stay on?
Each pair has a silicone grip inside the heel to help it stay in place in loafers and low shoes, and the cotton terry sole sits soft underfoot.
Which size should I order?
There are two sizes. S fits EU 35 to 39 (about US women 5 to 8.5, men 4 to 6.5) and L fits EU 39 to 44 (about US men 6.5 to 10.5, women 8.5 to 12). Between the two? Ask us before you order.
Are they for men or women?
Both. They are unisex and sized by shoe size, from EU 35 to EU 44.
What are they made of?
A smooth ice-silk upper, a cotton terry sole underfoot and a silicone grip inside the heel. They are imported.
Can I mix colours?
Yes. Each 5-pack comes in one colour; Build Your Own Sock Pack lets you choose the colour and size of every pair.
Loafers, mules and clothing
How do the loafers and mules fit?
The loafer comes in men's EU sizes 39 to 48, with a US guide on every size button. The mule runs US 6 to 11. If you are between sizes, write to us before ordering and we will help you choose.
Is there a size chart for the polo and tee?
Chest and length measurements will be added to each product page once the samples have been measured. Until then, ask us and we will send them.
Orders and delivery
How much is delivery?
Standard US delivery is $6 per order and free over $100. Express adds $6.99 to the standard rate and priority adds $14.99. Orders placed by 8pm ET ship the next business day. Standard delivery takes 14 to 21 business days, express 10 to 18 and priority 5 to 9. The options and total are confirmed at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your order details on the Track my order page.
How do I pay?
Checkout is run by Shopify and accepts the major cards plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Never send card details by email.
Returns
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. Request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by writing to support@davidandluna.com with your order number. A free return label is included in the box, and a 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Write to us within the return window with a photo and your order number, and we will put it right.
