Orders & checkout
Orders are placed through Shopify checkout. For an order question, email us with your order number. Never send payment-card details by email.
Delivery
For US orders, standard delivery is $6 per shipment, priority delivery is $15, and standard delivery is free for orders over $100. Final available services and charges appear at checkout.

Returns & exchanges
US customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Mail-in return labels are included free; non-defective returns have a 15% restocking fee based on the product price. Refunds are processed within 15 days after an eligible return is received and approved.

Product options
Any size or colour option shown on a product page corresponds to a selectable Shopify variant. Check the selected option and price before adding it to your cart; availability is confirmed at checkout.
Rewards
Signed-in customers are planned to earn 5% store credit on eligible paid items after discounts, once the programme is active. Learn how rewards are planned to work.
