A thank-you for signed-in customers
When the programme is active, eligible purchases made while signed in to a Shopify customer account will earn 5% of the paid merchandise subtotal after discounts. Shipping and taxes are excluded. For example, $80 of eligible items after discounts would earn $4 in store credit.
Store credit is for a future purchase. It is not cash or a cash withdrawal. Browsing, signing in, adding to cart, or starting checkout does not earn credit.
Time to settle in
Credit is planned to become available after payment, fulfilment, confirmed delivery and the 14-day return window. Cancelled or refunded items will not earn credit, and credits linked to later refunds may be reversed. Earned credit will not expire.
No balance is earned or issued until the rewards programme is activated and the order has passed these checks.
For another day together
When enabled, available store credit can be used at an eligible Shopify checkout while signed in to the same customer account. Shopify determines how credit is applied and the currency it can be used in.
